Services
A basic tuning is $150 per piano. The cost can be more if the piano needs regulating to improve how it plays, if it is significantly out of tune and needs extra work to bring it back to pitch, if the piano is outside of the Greenville, NC area and requires extra travel, or if it needs additional repairs. Discounts are available if there are multiple pianos to service in the same area. When I arrive for the service call, I assess what the piano needs, decide with the customer on the work to be done, and present a price estimate before starting work to minimize any surprises.

About Love Joy Music
Erin and Stephen Brand met at the ECU School of Music during their graduate studies. Together they have traversed the music world from teaching music to families with young children, public music education, music therapy, crafting drumming experiences, steel pan performances, teaching private lessons, conducting, instrument repair, and more. In the fall of 2023, Erin began a piano technician apprenticeship with the local piano technician legend, Don Wigent who tuned for ECU for 35 years and has over 65 years in the business. Due to Don's unending patience, generosity, dedication to excellence, and depth of experience, Erin continues to refine her tuning skills and learn about the complex and fascinating world of being a piano technician. Erin and Stephen collaborate musically to serve the Greenville area.
